Sending invoices from april 2020

Dear customers,

In order to unify the process to send invoices to the accountant, we kindly inform you that the app A3doc cloud is available for such purpose.

This application is for customers who send us invoices by email.

Below a brief explanation of the process and links to:

Invoices can be uploaded to the folder “Documentos recibidos ctes” folder in PDF format per year and month in the corresponding folder: Ingresos or Gastos. You can scan invoices with the Adobe Scan app. It is free and very good.

The deadline to send the invoices is the 5th of the following month. Invoices that are not in the app until day 5 cannot be put in the system. As an exception you can send the invoices to the email with subject “Factura Mes xx-2020, (Name of the company)”.
